Large and modern room, incredibly friendly staff, and appreciated having a kettle, iron, and a couch in the room.

Friendly welcome and relaxed stay . Liked having the swimming pool facility wish we had used it more than the twice we were in. Food very good and freszhly prepared using local ingredients.Think we had a superior room as we had beautiful views of the loch.

Was a little isolated and we needed to drive to explore the surrounding area, but no faults with hotel .

The setting by the lake was absolutely gorgeous 🌊. the breakfast options were great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Great Location, great staff, although these seem very overworked or understaffed. Both amount to the same thing.Service was good, however it did seem that they were very flustered all the time. McDonald Hotels should employ enough staff for this to at least not seem obvious there are not enough on duty,

The setting was wonderful and the staff could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed the pool and sauna and breakfast was a real hit with the family!

The room was good sized and huge, it had fast wi-fi. The service was attentive. Relaxed by the pool, it was very clean, especially when the weather was lovely.

Find unpolished shoes on hotel staff to be sub-standard. Poor English language comprehension with some male staff members. the presentation of stale bread with a meal was unforgiveable.

Well equipped comfortable room and bathroom. Leisure facilities useful for wet weather.

No wi-fi in rooms and chargeable in public areas. Plus poor phone reception in the area so mobile internet not an alternative. Bad practice that welcome letter addressed to male partner when booking made in female's name. Poor veggie options at breakfast and dinner. Very expensive food & wine.

I didn't want to say goodbye and will definitely visit place next time. I came to Kinloch Rannoch for one night - everything was very enjoyable. The service was excellent, no complaint. Could use their easy parking.

Very Little to like.

Arrived having booked the hotel as "pet friendly" to be met with a no dogs sign. Advised dog was not allowed in any part of the hotel other than our room. Staff in the hotel were very unfriendly and unhelpfull, Arrived for breakfast on the Sunday to have my name taken and advised to wait as the restaurant was busy sat with an other six couples who had been told the same. forty minutes later was allowed to enter for breakfast. tables all piled up with breafast dishes and nobody tidying or removing. I challanged the person in charge of breakfast that the delay was due to lack of staff to be able to manage properly, was told staff had were off ill but it was the same staff that was on duty hole weekend.

Quality and comfort, good food and service, breathtaking location.

No real variation of the evening dinner menu, over three nights.
